Sales Coordinator

Description Matthews Motors is seeking a motivated, adaptable, and detail-oriented specialist to support multiple departments across the dealership. This role is designed to assist where needed, with primary responsibilities in Sales Support and Sales Promotion. Requirements Primary Responsibilities (Duties include, but are not limited to, the following) Sales & Inventory Support Creating and managing vehicle listings Assist the sales team with pricing updates, and inventory coordination Create and manage online listings on the Matthews Motors website, CommercialTruckTrader.com, and other platforms Write accurate, compelling vehicle descriptions and ensure specs and pricing are current Collaborate with Sales Team on Vehicle Content and Listings Provide general sales administrative support as needed Sales Promotion & Customer Engagement Support Capture photos and short-form video content of commercial trucks, light-duty vehicles, shop operations, employees, company events, and dealership activities to support sales, recruitment, and branding initiatives Assist with the creation, management, and posting of social media content and blog website to help drive customer engagement and inventory visibility Support digital advertising efforts including Meta and Google Ads, website updates, and branding consistency to help generate sales leads Help maintain a professional and consistent online presence across all platforms to support the sales team's customer outreach Submitting Co-Op to Isuzu and Hino (1st and 2nd Half) for Isuzu, Hino, Stellar Assist with digital advertising and SEO performance to support inventory visibility and lead generation Assist HR with Planning and Execution of Employee Events Trade Show attendance when necessary Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask, prioritize, and assist across departments in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Willingness to learn dealership systems Experience in automotive, commercial trucks, or dealership operations is a plus, but not required Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, HubSpot, Salesforce, Ahrefs or similar is a plus Valid driver's license required As an employee of Matthews Motors, you will also be eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits program, which includes: 401(k) with a 6% dollar-for-dollar company match 5 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) annually (PTO is accrued each pay period) 7 paid holidays, including: New Year's Day Memorial Day Independence Day Labor Day Thanksgiving Day One Floating Holiday Christmas Day Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is flexible, dependable, and team-oriented — someone who is comfortable stepping in wherever support is needed.
