Business Analyst

Required Skills: Degree in IT or similar degree or equivalent experience 2+ years' experience in a Business Analyst role Experience in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements is required Needs to be technically curious and highly analytical and someone who likes to solve problems Needs to be someone who likes to figure out how things work Must have strong problem-solving skills Must be able to write detailed documentation Must be able to lead requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders Must have a customer service-oriented attitude Experience with SQL queries is a plus Experience with Jira or similar tools is a plus Must have the ability and willingness to learn new things and take direction Experience writing various forms of documentation including user stories is ideal Ideally would have experience working in both Waterfall and Agile environments Must have disciplined, structured approach to business requirements gathering Must be driven and be a self-motivated individual Must be able to deal with business stakeholders and technical teams at various levels within an enterprise organization Must be collaborative and pick up on new things quickly Job/Project Description: This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a professional enterprise environment to gather and document business and system requirements and provide application support for a key organizational project initiatives and systems. The successful Business Systems Analyst will work closely with business stakeholders leading requirements sessions to understand various system needs and coordinate with various technology teams as well. This person will document business requirements and also coordinate with technical teams to drive requirements through the process.
