Production & Packaging Operator – 1st Shift Lenexa, KS | $18.00/hr | Full-Time Pay & Schedule for Production & Packaging Operator $18.00 per hour Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM Overtime available on Fridays based on production needs Production & Packaging Operator Responsibilities Operate production and packaging equipment safely and efficiently Monitor product quality and perform visual inspections Complete production documentation and quality checks Make basic machine adjustments and report issues Maintain a clean, organized work area Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures Work Environment This facility produces microbiological products used in laboratories and testing environments. Candidates should be comfortable with: Occasional odors related to biological production processes Handling or working near animal‑derived materials (such as sheep’s blood) A highly regulated, sanitation‑focused manufacturing setting Requirements for the Production & Packaging Operator High school diploma or GED Basic math skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 200 lbs Ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours Ability to distinguish colors for quality control Steel‑toed or composite‑toed footwear required Must follow all safety policies and procedures Penmac is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
