Manager Information & Responsibilities Daily management of 1 shift (no need to ask staff to work a double when you close at 3). No close/open shifts for managers. Work alongside FOH and BOH staff. Conduct one full inventory for each period. Full transparency on the financial performance of the restaurant for performance-based compensation. Fully implemented technology solutions to help you do your job. Support and communication that is timely and helpful without intruding on personal time. Qualifications Prior restaurant experience preferred (but not required). Ability to lead, coach and mentor a team. Work effectively in partnerships. Professional verbal and written communication skills. Enthusiastic and encouraging leadership attitude.
