About the Role Worxweb Solutions is hiring Licensed ACA Insurance Agents for a growing health insurance organization in Deerfield Beach, Florida. This is a full-time, onsite role focused on enrolling individuals and families into Affordable Care Act health plans using HealthSherpa within a structured, compliant call process. This position is well-suited for licensed agents who want consistent weekday hours, a clear production-based pay structure, and the opportunity to build experience and income during the ACA Open Enrollment season. An active Florida health insurance license (215 or 240) is required to be considered for this role. What You Will Do Enroll customers into ACA health plans using the HealthSherpa platform. Follow a structured and compliant call process on every interaction. Provide clear and professional service to customers throughout the enrollment process. Handle calls efficiently and maintain accurate records of all activity. Follow up with clients as needed to complete enrollments. Adhere to all ACA regulations and compliance guidelines at all times. What We Are Looking For Active Florida health insurance license, 215 or 240, is required. Basic computer proficiency and comfort working within web-based platforms. Strong verbal communication and organizational skills. Ability to follow structured processes and maintain compliance standards consistently. Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented approach to daily work. Compensation $20 to $30 per enrolled member depending on performance. Additional performance-based bonuses with meaningful earning potential for consistent producers. Incentive trips and rewards available to top performers.
