Client Interaction Observe mobility patterns, communicate professionally with clients, and support individualized wellness experiences. Technical Skill Development Learn and perform Stretch Zone protocols utilizing proprietary stabilization and stretching equipment. Professionalism Maintain a clean, safe, and professional studio environment while supporting positive member experiences. Team Collaboration Communicate effectively with co-workers, management, and clients while contributing positively to studio culture.Qualifications Current enrollment in (or graduate of) a Fitness, Wellness, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or Health Science-related program preferred Passion for health, wellness, athletic recovery, or human performance Strong communication and interpersonal skills Dependable transportation Professional appearance and attitude Ability to maintain a consistent 12-hour weekly schedule High school diploma required Leadership experience is a plusEvaluation & Performance Standards Residents participate in structured monthly evaluations focused on professional growth and clinical development.
