This position involves providing comprehensive nursing care within a dedicated unit, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, and evaluate patient care. The role requires collaboration with the healthcare team to deliver quality care to a diverse patient population. Job Details Certifications: Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS). Education and Licensing: Current Michigan license, with documentation verifying active registration via LARA and/or Nursys. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent tele-cardiac nursing experience. Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week. Position Requirements: Work history skills checklist pertinent to the specialty, current to 1 year Two supervisory reference forms completed within the last two years Ability to work with a patient ratio of 4:1, with flexibility up to 5:1 if necessary Additional Information: Candidates must demonstrate recent travel work history, relevant skills, and meet specific licensure and certification requirements. Local candidates within a 50-mile radius will be considered for the 13-week contract.
