Member Solutions Specialist

Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Bilingual Member Solutions Specialist to join a growing mortgage servicing team in New Orleans. This individual will play a key role in supporting members with delinquent mortgage accounts by providing collections support, loss mitigation guidance, and customer-focused solutions. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, has experience in collections or loss mitigation, and enjoys helping individuals navigate challenging financial situations while maintaining a high level of service.

Skills and Requirements
Must-Haves
• 1-2 Years of Collections/ Loss Mitigation Experience
• Fluent in English and Spanish
High School Diploma/GED Preferred
• 1-2 years of mortgage and mortgage servicing experience
Familiarity with Louisiana mortgage/real estate lending regulations
