Registered Dietitian – W2/Hourly Hybrid Position

Valley Registered Dietitian Network | Stockton, CA

Valley Registered Dietitian Network (VRDN) is a growing network of specialty Registered Dietitians providing high-quality, individualized nutrition care in outpatient settings. We are seeking Registered Dietitians to join our growing team in flexible W2/hourly positions.

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide individualized medical nutrition therapy and nutrition counseling
• Complete comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Provide follow-up nutrition care based on patient needs
• Collaborate with referring physicians and other healthcare providers
• Provide nutrition care for a variety of disease states and patient populations
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Participate in outpatient and, as appropriate, contracted facility services

Schedule

Full-Time

• 40 hours per week
• Minimum 24 hours/week of in-person availability required for general outpatient positions
• Remaining hours may be completed through telehealth

Part-Time

• 8–16 hours/week of in-person availability required for general outpatient positions
• Additional telehealth opportunities may be available based on patient volume and practice needs

Pediatric Dietitians

• 100% virtual schedules may be available for RDs specializing in pediatric nutrition
• Schedule flexibility based on patient volume and practice needs

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential
• Eligible for or currently holding California RD licensure, as required
• Graduate of an ACEND-accredited dietetic program/internship
• Successful completion of the RD examination
• Board Certified Specialist credential preferred
• Pediatric nutrition experience preferred for virtual pediatric positions
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Up to $45/hour, depending on experience
