Interior Design Consultant - LA Modern

Summary Design Consultants provide a luxury experience for walk-in clientele in the RH Gallery, collaborating with RH Interior Design to assess client needs and deliver curated solutions. They qualify and educate clients on RH Interior Design services, manage the client relationship from initial contact through product delivery, and work to grow and maintain a strong client base. Consultants represent the RH lifestyle through professional presentation and support visual and quality standards within the gallery. Responsibilities Provide elevated, product-driven service and expertise to luxury clientele on the gallery floor Qualify, educate and refer clients to RH Interior Design services Own all phases of the client experience from initial contact through product delivery Grow and maintain a book of clients and achieve gallery fiscal goals Support gallery visual and quality standards and represent the RH brand professionally Requirements Experience in a design firm or high-end furniture/luxury retail preferred Background in Art, Architecture or Interior Design and relevant experience preferred Relationship-driven, highly organized, collaborative and results-oriented Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google applications Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs., maneuver around gallery and travel locally; licensed to drive preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
