Our long-established, doctor-led private group practice in Vandalia, IL is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join a collaborative team with strong patient demand and efficient systems. Experienced dentists are strongly preferred , but the practice is open to a 2026 graduating dentist or current resident who is coachable, clinically thoughtful, and excited to grow in a high-support environment. Ideal strengths include: Comprehensive exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning Restorative dentistry (fillings, crowns, bridges) Simple to moderate extractions Endo experience is a plus (or interest in expanding endo skills is welcomed) Schedule & Hours Target Schedule (Associate): 4 days per week
