Warehouse Control Coordinator - Cultured Dairy Manufacturing

Warehouse ClerkPerform a variety of senior-level clerical and operational duties in the warehouse. This may include coordination of inbound/outbound shipments, performing inventories, and maintaining accurate records both written and electronic in support of day-to-day operations. Serve as a resource to others inside and outside of the warehouse and perform assignments determined necessary by the team or management to ensure team success.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide regular communication with key plant or location personnel related to outbound and inbound shipmentsPerform month-end inventories of product in a timely manner with reconciliation of inventoriesEnsure all product is shipped to outside warehouses in a timely manner and BOL are sent to customersEnsure inventory of cooler is reconciled at the end of each monthMake entries in appropriate computer system(s)Ensure first-in, first-out (FIFO) is being maintainedUnload trucks as needed using Powered Industrial TrucksCommunicate as required with truck drivers, customers, vendors and suppliers in a professional mannerFunction as an engaged employee and contribute to the site's continuous improvement effortsFollow all DFA GMP's and work in a manner consistent with all corporate and regulatory, food safety, quality and sanitation requirementsThe requirements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employee, but is not a complete list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required.
