Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Behavioral Health to provide high-quality care to patients in a 12-bed unit. The candidate will work within a multidisciplinary team to address various behavioral health challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Behavioral Health Unit.
• Assess and develop individualized care plans for patients.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes.
• Document patient progress and communicate changes in condition.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN licensure in the state of Tennessee.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of psychiatric nursing experience.
• Experience with geriatric psychiatric care is preferred.
