As an

Architectural Project Manager , you'll lead healthcare projects from concept through completion, serving as a trusted partner to clients and a mentor to project teams. Manage complex healthcare projects through all phases of design and delivery. Lead multidisciplinary teams of architects, engineers, consultants, and project stakeholders. Build and maintain strong client relationships while serving as a trusted advisor. Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, staffing, and overall performance. Facilitate project meetings, design reviews, and coordination efforts. Collaborate with operational, business, and accounting leadership to ensure project success. Champion quality assurance and quality control standards. Mentor and develop project team members. Support business development efforts and contribute to the continued growth of the healthcare practice. What You Bring

You understand the unique challenges of healthcare design and know how to balance client expectations, project goals, budgets, schedules, and team dynamics to drive successful outcomes. Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture Registered Architect (RA) 12+ years of architectural experience 5+ years of project management experience Healthcare project experience required Proven ability to lead complex projects and multidisciplinary teams Strong communication, planning, and leadership skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing hospital, clinical, ambulatory care, or healthcare campus projects LEED accreditation or sustainable design experience PMP Certification Experience mentoring and leading project teams Passion for contributing to an employee-owned culture Where You'll Work

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charlotte, NC. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.67 - $64.90/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program term
