We are seeking a talented and driven Sous Chef to support culinary operations at a high-volume, experience-driven property in Bryce Canyon. This role partners closely with the Executive Chef to deliver high-quality, consistent cuisine while maintaining efficient kitchen operations. Key Responsibilities: Support daily kitchen operations, including prep, service, and team supervision Assist in menu execution, inventory management, and cost control Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency across all services Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards Train, mentor, and develop kitchen staff Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment Qualifications: 2+ years of Sous Chef or senior culinary leadership experience Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and cost control Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment Organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven Passion for quality food and guest experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
