Your Role: Prep Leader : Lead all heavy prep for the day, ensuring everything is ready for a smooth and efficient service. Maintain Excellence : Ensure consistency and adherence to recipes and quality standards while prepping ingredients. Ingredient Mastery : Work with fresh, high-quality ingredients to prepare veggies, proteins, sauces, and other components needed for dishes. Team Collaboration : Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure everything runs seamlessly and efficiently. Hygiene Standards : Follow food safety and hygiene protocols diligently, maintaining a clean and organized prep area. What We’re Looking For: Experienced Cook : Proven experience as a prep cook or in a similar kitchen role in a fast-paced environment. Skillful and Efficient : Excellent knife skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work quickly without compromising quality. Team Player : Strong communication and teamwork abilities to work effectively with the kitchen crew. Passion for Cuisine : Enthusiasm for Middle Eastern and Mediterranean flavors, with an eagerness to contribute to creating delicious dishes.
