Your Impact on Our Retail Fulfillment Centers:

\n

 

\n

\n
• Safely receive, move, store, assemble, and prepare furniture and home furnishings throughout the warehouse and distribution process.
\n

\n

\n
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, lifts, pallet jacks, and dollies, while following all safety procedures.
\n

\n

\n
• Inspect, prepare, and maintain merchandise to ensure products meet Ashley quality standards before customer pickup or delivery.
\n

\n

\n
• Load, unload, organize, and stage merchandise to support efficient warehouse operations and inventory accuracy.
\n

\n

\n
• Assist with product preparation, minor repairs, touch-ups, and repackaging to ensure merchandise is customer-ready.
\n

\n

\n
• Support inventory management activities, including merchandise tracking, cycle counts, and physical inventories.
\n

\n

\n
• Demonstrate exemplary customer service by creating positive experiences for customers in the warehouse and in their homes, serving as a professional and trusted representative of the Ashley brand.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while completing required documentation accurately and on time.

• Physical Capability: Able to safely lift, carry, push, pull, and maneuver furniture and merchandise weighing up to 100 pounds, with assistance for heavier items as needed, while performing frequent physical activity throughout the workday.

• Warehouse & Technical Skills: Experience in warehouse, distribution, retail, furniture handling, inventory, assembly, material handling, or powered industrial equipment operation is preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate.
\n

Compensation to range from $15.00 to $20.00 to start

Benefits: When you join our family, you are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits programs which include Health, Dental, Vision, Life/Disability, Flexible Spending Accounts and 401(k) to eligible Team Members.  Depending on your hire date and any specific requirements of your work location, you may be eligible for up to 80 hours of PTO during the first calendar year of your employment, which includes paid sick leave in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

NEW HIRES: All employees must elect or waive
\n the benefits in Ultipro within 45 days from the
\n date of hire. New Hire Benefits are effective on
\n the first of the month following 60 days of
\n employment. Employees must work 30 or more
\n hours per week to be eligible for medical and
\n FSA plans
\n WORKING SPOUSE RULE: You may NOT
\n enroll your spouse for medical coverage with
\n AGR -Red if their employer provides or offers
\n medical coverage. Spousal Health Care
\n Eligibility Affidavit will be required to enroll a
\n spouse.
\n DOCUMENTATION: Eligibility documents
\n must be provided prior to any dependents being
\n added to the medical plan.
\n 401(k) Plan
\n All newly eligible employees will be eligible to enroll in the
\n 401(k) plan. Our 401(k) plan is through T. Rowe Price and

\n Disability Insurance
\n You can choose to purchase disability insurance to pay you
\n for lost wages if you are sick or injured. You may choose
\n either or both Short Term Disability and Long Term
\n Disability. Short Term pays you a portion of lost wages for
\n 12 weeks. Long Term pays you for lost wages after 12 weeks
\n and up to age 65.
\n Life and Accidental Death &
\n Dismemberment Insurance
\n You can choose to purchase life insurance up to 5x your
\n annual salary (max $200,000) for yourself, $50,000 for your
\n legally married spouse and/or $20,000 for your natural,
\n step, or adopted children. You must purchase life insurance
\n for yourself before purchasing coverage for your
\n dependents.
\n Employee Assistance Program

\n Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
\n You may choose to defer pretax money up to $3,400 per
\n year to be taken from your paycheck each pay period to use
\n for healthcare related expenses. All of the money you
\n choose to defer will be available to you on January 1, 2026.
\n However, if you do not use it by March 31, 2027, you will
\n forfeit it back to the company. Up to $680 rolls over
\n automatically.
\n Dependent Care Savings Account
\n You may choose to defer pretax money up to $7,500 per
\n year to be taken from your paycheck each pay period to use
\n for dependent care expenses. You will forfeit any funds that
\n you have not used by December 31, 2026. Note: There is no
\n rollover for dependent care.
