North American Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial North American Sales Manager to lead and expand our presence in the industrial strapping tools market. This role requires a customer-focused professional with a strong background in channel development, OEM partnerships, and packaging channels. The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving sales growth, building lasting relationships, and representing our brand at trade events across North America. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share within North America, focusing on industrial strapping tools and related packaging channels. Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs and key customers to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Identify and develop new sales channels and opportunities to expand the company’s footprint. Represent the company at trade events, industry conferences, and customer meetings to promote products and gather market intelligence. Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to align sales efforts with company goals. Travel regularly across North America to meet with customers, partners, and attend trade events. HubSpot knowledge a plus. Qualifications & Skills Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive results independently. Strong customer-focused approach with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Experience in sales and channel development within industrial strapping tools, packaging channels, or related industries. Proven track record working with OEMs and managing complex sales cycles. Willingness and ability to travel frequently across North America. Comfortable representing the company at trade events and industry gatherings. Four Year College Degree or equivalent in a related field is required. 3–5+ years’hands-onexperiencewithbattery-powered, industrialstrapping tools orotheradvanced,end-of-line load containmenttechnologies.
