UX/UI Design Manager

Leading a small team of designers, the full-time salaried UX/UI Design Manager will guide the creation of marketing sites for private label brands, balancing hands-on design work with coaching and collaboration in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Provide creative direction and actionable feedback to designers while partnering with brand and marketing teams Mentor and coach designers, fostering a culture of curiosity and collaboration Translate brand strategy and customer insights into design priorities, ensuring alignment across design, marketing, and development Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role Strong portfolio showcasing effective brand storytelling through marketing or brochure sites Experience working with cross-functional teams and knowledge of front-end code Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design systems and UX research This role does not require a degree; relevant skills and experience are prioritized
