Job Overview The Sleep Expert will elevate and enhance the customer's in-store experience by being a trusted sleep authority and offering best-in-class products. The role includes executing Mattress Firm selling programs with digital tools to support a seamless omnichannel experience, cultivating strong relationships, and maintaining customer engagement during and after purchase. Location Mundelein, IL; Crystal Lake, IL Responsibilities Elevate and enhance the customer's in-store experience as a trusted sleep authority. Offer best‑in‑class mattress products and provide technical and product knowledge to customers. Execute Mattress Firm selling programs with digital tools to support a seamless omnichannel experience. Cultivate strong relationships and keep the customer at the center of all activities. Drive individual sales performance and key performance indicators while demonstrating company values. Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase, resolving issues and sending delivery reminders. Monitor competition, advertisements, and services offered by competitors. Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales. Physical Requirements Must be able to lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds. Compensation Competitive pay range of $56,000 to $65,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Additional bonus opportunities may be awarded at the discretion of the Company. Base pay or uncapped commission options are available.
