Project Manager

SERVPRO of North Fremont is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Project Manager to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and helping homeowners and businesses recover after property damage. As a Project Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, responding to emergency losses, performing property inspections, developing the scope of work, obtaining signed work authorizations, and managing restoration projects from start to finish while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Respond to emergency service calls and meet customers on-site. Inspect residential and commercial properties for water, fire, mold, and other property damage. Build trust with customers and secure restoration projects. Explain the restoration process and answer customer questions. Coordinate technicians, subcontractors, and project schedules. Communicate professionally with homeowners, property managers, insurance adjusters, and insurance carriers. Monitor project progress to ensure quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Document projects with photographs, moisture readings, and detailed job notes. Develop and maintain relationships with insurance professionals, property managers, plumbers, contractors, and other referral partners. Represent SERVPRO of North Fremont with professionalism and integrity. Qualifications Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Excellent organizational and leadership abilities. Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions. Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to respond to emergency calls, including evenings, weekends, and after-hours when necessary. Previous experience in restoration, construction, insurance, property management, or a related industry is preferred but not required.
