Coreslab Structures (LA) Inc. It is an exciting time at Coreslab Structures! Our company designs and builds concrete pieces for major projects in the Southern California area. We just completed work on some major stadiums. Upcoming projects include bridges, buildings at college campuses, and data centers for major technology companies. If you have ever wanted to know that work you did contributed to something significant, Coreslab is the place for you. We are searching for new members to join our Engineering and Drafting team. We are willing to train those who are eager to learn. The right candidate will: Be a team player Have good attention to detail Be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Have design and drafting experience/training Revit is a plus Have interest or experience in the construction industry Pre-cast concrete experience is a major plus Working towards or completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution Job duties include: Read and interpret structural and architectural drawings Assist in design of concrete pre-cast pieces and connections Coordinate intended design and workflow with modelers Help, as needed, with shop drawings and submittals Manage material counts and schedules Answer questions from production staff Provide field crews with clarification and remedial fixes Job benefits include: A positive and cooperative working atmosphere Flexible hours - Part or full-time Salary of $60,000 to $80,000 per year Full-time includes: Paid vacation and sick leave Profit sharing Health insurance Tuition reimbursement Our overall company goal is to use our experience in the pre-cast industry to provide good opportunities for our employees, both personally and professionally.
