Clear Cloud Solutions is an electrical contractor based in Southern California, specializing in low-voltage systems integration and security: access control, IP video surveillance and CCTV, intrusion detection, perimeter security, and structured low-voltage cabling. Clear Cloud serves utility, federal government, tribal government, and select commercial clients, including work that requires prevailing wage and government background clearance.

The Role
We're looking for a dedicated Warehouse Lead with warehouse experience and background in the security integration, low-voltage, or electrical industry to join our team in a fast-paced, cross-functional role with room for growth.

You'll own the day-to-day flow of materials, equipment, and tools in and out of the warehouse, coordinating with Project Managers, field technicians, and Purchasing to keep every job stocked and moving on schedule. You'll also manage Clear Cloud's fleet of vehicles, keeping maintenance current and coordinating repairs to keep the team on the road.

 

What You'll Do
• Execute Clear Cloud's core warehouse duties: shipping, receiving, packaging, staging, and organizing tools, supplies, materials, and equipment.

• Receive incoming materials and create internal packing slips.

• Handle and process returns, including all Return Materials Authorizations (RMAs), returning, shipping, and tracking RMAs through completion.

• Coordinate UPS, FedEx, and other freight carrier deliveries, and schedule pick-ups as needed; package and ship materials as required.

• Own inventory control for the warehouse.

• Place orders for installation and service projects as needed.

• Ensure accurate quantities of materials are stocked and available; pull and stage orders as requested.

• Keep the warehouse area clean, organized, and safe.

• Manage Clear Cloud's vehicle fleet, tracking maintenance requirements and service history through the company's vehicle tracking software.

• Coordinate vehicle repairs with outside shops and obtain management approval before authorizing work.

• Keep vehicle records current and accurate.

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

What We're Looking For
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.

• Able to pass a federal background check.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.

• Able to operate a stand-up or sit-down forklift.

• Excellent planning and organizational skills.

• Able to frequently lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds, and occasionally up to 100 pounds.

• Able to read and understand electrical diagrams and design drawings is a plus.
