Role Description Monitor daily activities on-site and compile reports on progress, compliance and obstacles; Inspect completed and in-progress work for safety, compliance and conformity to material specifications; Enforce safety and legal regulations to ensure a safe job site; Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and staff to ensure adherence to schedules, plans and specifications; Qualifications Must have previously worked on residential high-end build homes.
