Medical Receptionist (Entry Level)

Pay: $19.00/hr.+
Schedule: Monday-Friday

Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm

Location- Beaverton, OR 97225

Position Summary-

We are seeking a Medical Receptionist with a warm, upbeat, and professional demeanor to join our frontoffice team. As the first point of contact for patients, you will play an essential role in creating a positive and welcoming experience. The ideal candidate is friendly, patientfocused, and able to remain calm, objective, and supportive.

This position is perfect for someone passionate about patient care and looking to grow within the healthcare field.

Essential Job Duties-

Schedule patient appointments and procedures following clinic protocols
Register new patients and update insurance and demographic information
Obtain, scan, and upload required forms, insurance cards, and identification
Capture patient photos when needed for chart accuracy
Notify clinical staff of patient arrivals
Prepare charts and review EMR records for upcoming visits
Greet patients, collect copays and outofpocket payments, and issue receipts
Ensure accurate posting of all payments

Requirements-

1+ years of Medical Reception or customer service experience
Positive, professional, and teamoriented attitude
