Job Description
Step into a day on our production floor
You arrive for a steady shift at one of our partner food manufacturing and packaging facilities serving the Skokie, IL and Niles, IL areas. After a quick safety check, you rotate through tasks: packing finished goods, inspecting items for quality, organizing materials in the warehouse, and supporting the production line. You help spot and remove any product that does not meet specifications, and you keep your work area clean and safe. It is hands-on, fast-paced, and reliable work with room to grow.

Roles available: machine operators, machine operators in training, general labor, warehouse workers, and packers
Facilities: Food manufacturing and packaging
Locations served: Skokie, IL and Niles, IL areas
Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
Shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd
Pay frequency: Weekly
What you will do
Package products and prepare shipments
Inspect goods to confirm quality standards
Move, stage, and organize materials within the warehouse
Assist production line and warehouse operations as needed
Identify and remove substandard products
Sustain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment
What helps you succeed
Comfort with standing, bending, stooping, twisting, and turning for extended periods
General safety awareness and basic problem-solving
No experience required — we will train
Availability for weekend work during peak season
Willingness to work overtime when needed
