We partner with school districts across the state and have opportunities available serving: Preschool (PK) Elementary School Middle School High School Mixed PK-12 Caseloads Specialized Programs Autism Support Programs Life Skills Classrooms Inclusive Education Settings Rather than placing clinicians into a single opening, we take a personalized approach and match candidates with positions based on their experience, preferred age group, clinical interests, and geographic location. Compensation & Incentives $50-$60 per hour Guaranteed Pay At Boothby, you’re paid for your scheduled time, even when students are absent or sessions are canceled. Your compensation shouldn't depend on factors outside your control. Sign-On Bonus Eligibility Qualified candidates may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 , depending on assignment, location, and experience.
