Occupational Therapist

POSITION:

Field Occupational Therapist

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide comprehensive, skilled occupational therapy services and interventions in accordance with physician orders. Assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and modify care to meet occupational therapy goals. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to establish and evaluate individualized patient goals. Educate and train patients, families, and caregivers on occupational therapy programs and techniques.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Current California Occupational Therapy license. Registered with the American Occupational Therapy Association. Graduate of a NBCOT‑accredited program. Strong documentation and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Willingness to travel to patient homes for evaluations. Flexibility with work locations and scheduling.

Valid California Occupational Therapy license. Current CPR certification. Valid California driver's license. Current California auto insurance. Completed physical examination, TB test, and required vaccines/titers. Two professional references.
