Shift Supervisor

The Shift Supervisor assists in maximizing the café / restaurant's operations and profitability by providing service excellence through the supervision of the café / restaurant team. The Shift Supervisor supervises opening and closing procedures when scheduled as the Manager on Duty; and assists in upholding all company operational standards to ensure a positive guest experience.

TIPS - All Boudin Team Members participate in the tip pool averaging an additional $2 - $4+ per hour!

Supervisory Experience in Hospitality or Retail- Strong commitment to excellent customer service and food quality- Ability to complete opening and closing of the restaurant on a daily basis- A knack for providing top-notch interactive service with our customers- Previous experience in a restaurant/bakery
