This role serves as a senior subject-matter expert in the assessment of information systems, network architectures, cyber infrastructure, digital personas, and online platforms that enable or threaten HUMINT activities. The analyst is responsible for translating complex technical findings, operational observations, cyber-domain trends, and validated lessons learned into authoritative Information Technology (IT) doctrine, security-focused TTPs, HUMINT-enabling methodologies, and cyber tradecraft guidelines.
