RN - Dialysis

This position requires working 3x12 hour night shifts from 20:00 to 08:30. Job Description We are seeking an experienced Dialysis Registered Nurse to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis. The RN will also support and troubleshoot dialysis machines in our ICU setting. Responsibilities Administer hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis treatments to patients. Monitor patient conditions and respond to alarms and alerts on dialysis machines. Collaborate with ICU nurses and interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care. Educate patients and their families about dialysis procedures and care. Document patient care activities in the electronic health record (Epic). Support the training and orientation of new dialysis staff as needed. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 1 year of experience in dialysis nursing. ACLS and BLS certifications required. Experience in a Level II trauma center is preferred. Ability to cannulate AV fistulas and grafts.
