Medicare & Public Benefits Counselor
WESTERN CONNECTICUT AREA AGENCY ON AGING, INC.
A community support organization is seeking a Benefits Specialist to join its CHOICES Program team in Waterbury, CT. This role involves providing Medicare, Medicaid, and public benefits counseling to older adults and individuals with disabilities. Key responsibilities include conducting client screenings, delivering educational presentations, and maintaining client data. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field, or equivalent experience, and strong interpersonal skills.
