Counselor - Behavioral Health

Complexity of Work: Requires critical thinking skills, effective communication skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Required Work Experience: One (1) year of experience working with patients who have behavioral health conditions such as substance abuse and/or serious mental illness. Other Information: Other Information: New Hires have 6 months to obtain their BLS CertificationAdditional Education Info: Bachelors Degree in a Social and/or Human Services field
