Acute Care Sales Representative – Therapeutic Nutrition Location: Bronx/Westchester, NY. The role focuses on driving sales and expanding market share of Ensure®, Glucerna®, Juven®, and other specialty nutrition products. Primary account types include hospitals, wound clinics, and podiatry offices. Key stakeholders are Nutrition Services, Nursing, Quality, Materials Management, Physicians, and nutrition task forces. Responsibilities Full ownership of acute care accounts, wound clinics, and podiatry offices. Execute strategic sales initiatives to exceed established sales goals. Collaborate with the District Manager and cross-functional teams to implement the strategic account plan. Prioritize resources to maximize return on investment. Use Abbott Nutrition promotional materials and clinical studies to communicate clinical and economic benefits to targeted healthcare professionals. Plan and organize activities to focus on top priorities. Territory Candidates must live in the Bronx or Westchester, NY area. Territory covers Bronx and Westchester, NY area. 5‑10% overnight travel for regional/national meetings and training. Local candidates only; no relocation will be offered. Company car provided. Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree required. 2‑3+ years of sales or relevant clinical experience. Experience selling to a wide range of Health Care Professionals in a hospital setting. Clinical/healthcare background (RN/RD). Strong business acumen and understanding of the healthcare landscape. Excellent oral communication skills. Strong analytical and organizational skills.
