EHE Health is headquartered in New York City and has over 200 health clinics and practices across the U.S., staffed by a network of curated primary care physicians and clinicians.We're looking for a talented and driven Certified Medical Assistant to join our McLean team to cover our Friday and potentially other shifts on a per diem basis. Our McLean Clinic hours of operations are 7:00am – 3:00pm. This position will provide required support to physicians and other staff members in performing physical examinations and other procedures.In this role, you will:Perform Electrocardiogram's (EKG's), Pulmonary Function Test's (PFT's), and other medical screeningsDraw blood – phlebotomy experience is a mustMeasure vital signs (i.e., pulse rate, temperature, blood pressure, weight and height)Record information on patients' chartsPrepares treatment rooms for examination of patientsAdditional duties as assignedWhat the role requires:Graduated from an accredited allied health schoolCertification as required by the state of VirginiaMust be a current member of the AAMA, AMT, NHA or NCCTTwo or more years' experience in the medical fieldExcellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skillsWorking knowledge of MS Office and Web-based applicationsGI experience a plusPractices a preventive health lifestyleWhat we offer:Competitive salaryEmployee access to our preventative exam and servicesThe rate for this role is $20 - $24 per hour and is determined by a number of factors including the candidate's experience, qualifications and skills.
