Job DescriptionThe Back Office Medical Assistant plays a vital role in supporting clinical operations and maintaining smooth day-to-day functions within a medium-sized medical team. Reporting to the Medical Office Manager, this position involves assisting in clinical tasks and managing inventory to ensure optimal patient care and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Track and manage medical inventory to ensure adequate supplies
- Provide clinical assistance during patient examinations and procedures
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in medical assisting
- Certificate in Medical Assisting or a related field
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
- Understanding of HIPAA compliance and patient privacy regulations
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
