Fabricator I

Our client, a leading manufacturer specializing in aluminum fabrication, is seeking a Fabricator I to join their dedicated team. As a Fabricator I, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department supporting the production of high-quality aluminum doors and frames. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive approach to safety, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Fabricator I

Location: Roselle, IL

Pay Rate: $20.08

Shift: 6:30AM-4PM Monday - Friday

What's the Job?

Measuring aluminum extrusions accurately for fabrication processes
Assembling cut aluminum components and hardware into doors and frames
Inspecting incoming materials visually and checking against orders for quality assurance
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Following safety protocols and contributing to continuous improvement activities

What's Needed?

Minimum of 2 years of welding experience
Ability to read and interpret measurements and technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Good communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to safety and a proactive safety mindset
