Role Overview Sodexo Energy and Resource is growing and is seeking a General Manger 3 - Food to run our food service program in Ellendale, ND. What You'll Do have oversight of daily food operations and deliver a high-quality product and service achieve company and client financial targets and operational goals oversight of cash-handling and the POS system develop and maintain client and customer relationships motivate, coach, mentor and develop staff ensure Sodexo standards are met to include compliance with company food and physical safety programs capture customer's feedback to be integrated into the next menu cycle to increase participation What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
