Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $36 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver therapeutic interventions following the PT plan of care
- Document patient progress and response to treatment accurately
- Assist with patient education and home exercise programs
- Communicate patient status effectively to the supervising PT
- Adhere to safety, infection control, and compliance standards
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Active PTA license in Arkansas (or ability to obtain)
- Ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Education
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Knowledge & Skills
- Patient care and safety compliance
- Infection control practices
- Physical therapy treatment implementation
- Patient documentation and education
- Home exercise program instruction
- Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration
