Inventory Management Specialist - Amazon Reservations 100% - befristet 12 Monate

Du arbeitest an der Schnittstelle zwischen Inventory Management, Sales Operations und Key Account Management und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Warenverfügbarkeit im Amazon‑Kanal optimal gesteuert ist. Dabei verantwortest Du die operative Umsetzung und Steuerung von Amazon‑Reservierungen, überwachst die Performance anhand von KPIs und sorgst für eine ausgewogene Bestandsallokation entlang unserer Forecasts und Budgets. In enger Abstimmung mit internen Stakeholdern leitest Du Maßnahmen ab und entwickelst bestehende Prozesse kontinuierlich weiter. Deine Aufgaben Operatives Management der monatlichen Amazon‑Reservierungen auf Basis von Forecasts, Budgets und Absatzplanungen zur Sicherstellung der kanalübergreifenden Warenverfügbarkeit Überwachung der Order Consumption, Abverkaufsentwicklung sowie Steuerung reservierter Mengen inklusive Anpassungen (Erhöhung, Reduktion, Übertrag oder Storno) Steuerung von Sell‑In Packages (z.B. Bulk Buy) sowie Monitoring von Reorders inklusive Reporting zu Confirmation‑ und Cancellation‑Rates Regelmäßige Analyse der Performance und enge Abstimmung mit dem Key Account Management Amazon zur Ableitung operativer Maßnahmen Erstellung und Pflege von Standard‑Reportings und KPIs sowie Durchführung von Ad hoc‑Analysen Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung operativer Prozesse (z.B.
