Your primary responsibility will be providing support to clients who are in the detoxification and recovery stages, ensuring they receive the depth of care and guidance needed during this vulnerable time.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify their social, emotional, and psychological needs, developing actionable care plans tailored to their unique situations. \n
- Deliver individual and group counseling sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing, to empower clients in their recovery journey. \n
- Advocate for clients’ rights and access to necessary community resources, navigating healthcare systems, and ensuring they receive appropriate interventions. \n
- Contribute to the development and assessment of educational programs aimed at increasing awareness of mental health issues, coping strategies, and detox support. \n
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, including physicians and nurses, to coordinate comprehensive care plans that integrate physical and mental health services. \n
- Engage in community outreach initiatives designed to raise awareness about the services available at our Detox Center, thereby removing stigma and creating pathways to access help. \n
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with best practices in social work and therapeutic modalities. \n
Your primary focus will be supporting clients undergoing detoxification and rehabilitation for substance use disorders. You will work closely with individuals experiencing addiction-related challenges, providing them with empathetic support and professional guidance throughout their recovery process. This role is pivotal in helping them improve their overall mental health and achieve lasting recovery.

- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. \n
- Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Nevada. \n
- Strong understanding of trauma-informed care principles and best practices in substance use treatment. \n
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, fostering a supportive and therapeutic environment for clients. \n
- Demonstrated ability to develop rapport with diverse populations and adapt to the varying needs of clients. \n
