Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical

Seeking a registered nurse for a full-time night shift in the Med Surg Unit at a hospital facility. Responsibilities Planning shifts, setting priorities, and ensuring availability of materials and supplies. Assigning, supervising, and developing nursing and support staff. Assessing patient care needs and managing care delivery according to population requirements. Participating in staff hiring, training, evaluations, and addressing patient care concerns. Qualifications Active RN licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire. At least 1 year of relevant professional experience. Skills and Qualities Independent judgment and effective shift management. Leadership in staff supervision and patient care coordination. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
