Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers to provide a mix of telehealth and face‑to‑face sessions in Attleboro, MA. This role is eligible for a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30+ hours of availability per week. What We’re Looking For Licensed independent clinicians in Massachusetts who are ready to make a difference and grow with us. Providers willing to see 25+ sessions per week. Behavioral health generalists (open to seeing couples/children, with our support). Clinicians who value autonomy and also enjoy being part of a team. Qualifications Active and unrestricted LICSW in Massachusetts. Must live and be licensed in the state where services are provided. Compensation Up to $124,100, based on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities. Benefits & Support Guaranteed, bi‑weekly pay (no need to wait on reimbursement).
