What You'll Do As a Yard Associate, you'll help customers receive landscape materials safely and efficiently while supporting daily yard and warehouse operations. You'll operate forklifts, prepare materials, assist customers, and help maintain a clean and organized yard environment.

• Verify customer orders before loading
• Operate forklifts to load materials such as mulch, sod, and bagged goods
• Assist customers with product questions and loading assistance
• Provide friendly and professional customer service

Yard & Warehouse Support

• Help prepare materials for deliveries
• Assist with warehouse and yard operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard environment
• Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines

Team Communication

• Communicate clearly with coworkers in person and over radio
• Work safely around customers, vehicles, and equipment
• Support overall yard productivity and efficiency

What We're Looking For We're looking for dependable, safety-focused individuals who enjoy physical work and working outdoors in a fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications

• Forklift experience required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work safely around people and vehicles
• Positive attitude and team-focused mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating wheel loaders, forklifts, or other heavy equipment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and handle up to 70 lbs
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
