Senior Financial Analyst

Develops, interprets and implements financial concepts for financial planning and control. Performs technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance. Gathers, analyzes, prepares and summarizes recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements and operating forecasts. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESParticipates or leads high complexity assignmentsRegularly leads self and othersIs viewed as an established as SME and/or established as specialistUnderstands the “big picture” view and how aligns to overall Acxiom strategyAnalyzes and reports on key drivers of business and company performanceAnalyzes financial data, draws conclusions and presents recommendations to managementIdentifies opportunities for standardization and automation and drives executionCreates efficient and effective operating reportsManages the dissemination of accurate and timely financial reports to managementCoordinates budget processReviews and analyzes monthly reports at operating unit level relative to forecast and budgetsSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESThis position does not have direct reports but may mentor less experienced associates in the role.
