The internship experience includes relationship building, relevant work assignments, coaching, performance feedback sessions, and informative learning sessions with key leaders.It is designed to provide undergraduate students with an experiential overview of the applicable team within Global Operations and how they support developing, executing and supporting a streamlined approach to each of their individual businesses and the enterprise as a whole. The program incorporates real-world scenarios and experiences to help prepare you for a rewarding career at Wells Fargo.The competitive internship program targets exceptional juniors and is a pipeline program where successful interns may receive an offer to return the following year to join the full-time Analyst Program.Program Date: Summer 2027. 40 hour work week.
