We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll help drive regional growth by building strong customer relationships, providing product expertise, and supporting our dealers with sales and marketing materials.This position is responsible for sales growth, customer relations, and supporting clients through regular visits, communication, and product knowledge. Travel required.Duties and Responsibilities:Grow regional business and maintain customer relationshipsManage existing dealers and develop new businessCollaborate with internal sales teamsProvide product knowledge, pricing, and supportHandle customer concerns professionallyUse company-issued tablet for all work activitiesUse Connect Teams daily to clock in/out and track activityMaintain accurate time, mileage, and reportingUse Motive app for fuel (enter Employee ID and odometer)Comply with all tracking, reporting, and equipment policiesOther duties as assignedEssential Knowledge and Skills:Strong communication and customer service skillsWorking knowledge of Excel, Word, OutlookAbility to manage multiple tasks and projectsStrong attention to detail and teamworkEducation and Experience:2–3 years sales experience preferredHigh School Diploma or equivalentValid Driver License required Disclaimer: This job description outlines general responsibilities and is not a complete list of all duties.
