Direct Sourcing Specialist

LHH Recruitment Solutions is supporting a global organization in their search for a Direct Sourcing Specialist to help drive procurement initiatives for critical production components and supplier networks. In this role, you'll partner closely with operations, engineering, and supply chain leaders to identify sourcing opportunities and strengthen supplier performance. • Salary Range: $80,000 - $95,000
• Location: Alachua, FL (Surrounding Gainesville, FL area)
• Schedule: Hybrid (Three days onsite, Two days remote)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for key manufacturing components and assemblies
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supplier agreements to improve overall value
• Evaluate supplier performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Analyze market trends, supplier capabilities, and cost drivers to support purchasing decisions
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support production schedules and business goals

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of sourcing, procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience within a manufacturing environment
• Experience managing supplier relationships and contract negotiations
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and procurement processes
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred
