About Victory Ranch Victory Ranch is looking for a Pastry Cook to help prepare a variety of desserts, pastries, or other sweet goods. We are a private, four‑season community located on 6,250 acres nestled between the Uinta and Wasatch mountains, with 4,000 acres of preserved backcountry wilderness. We are home to one of the best golf courses in the country, and offer our members and their families unique outdoor experiences including guided fly fishing, snowmobiling, skeet shooting, upland bird hunting, backcountry hiking and biking, as well as 4x4 trails. Responsibilities Baking cakes, breads, puff dough, and numerous pastries using a combination of hand‑made and machine‑deposited processes. Building mousse cakes and other layer cakes; decorating pastries, assembling tarts, and working with chocolate. Preparing pastry creams, Chantilly cream, ganache, glazes, and cookie mixes as required. Assisting with finishing and decorating cakes and desserts. Maintaining speed and efficiency as of the utmost importance. Managing multi‑tasking and organizational structure. Following and implementing brand standards regarding recipe, production, decorating, baking, and presentation. Prioritizing the health and safety of members, guests, and team. Focusing sharply on sanitation and security, while exhibiting an adaptable, creative, and teachable attitude. Qualifications Commercial baking experience is a must. Must be punctual and reliable. Culinary knowledge and experience. Strong communication and organizational skills. Passionate about excellence and constant improvement. Ability to stay calm and productive under pressure. 1–2 years in a baking or pastry cook position. Must be available for days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Experience in a high‑volume setting or ability to adapt. Culinary degree or certification preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
