Dunkin' is now seeking energetic new manager to join our fun and fast-paced environment. This 35-40 hour a week career opportunity offers competitive wages and an attractive benefits package. Position Requirements
- 5 days per week . Weekends a must
- Availability to work 12:00 PM8:00 PM or 1:00 PM9:00 PM
- Dunkin Shift Manager experience required.
- Lead and support the afternoon/night team
- Help manage afternoon scheduling and call-outs
- Work closely with the Store Manager to ensure all Dunkin standards are being met
- Maintain strong customer service, speed, cleanliness, accuracy, and overall shift execution
- Provide leadership and accountability throughout the afternoon and evening
- Have daily communication with Network Management
Compensation
Negotiable wage with bonuses
